Does a merely "folded" cover constitute "distress"? Probably not, but I'll post it anyway, at least until I think of something more nearly appropriate.

Let's go with a special cover that's sub-adequate, called "dehanced".
Keep in mind, this was actually a dehanced cover. It doesn't fit the exact description of the theme, but it's awesome in its own right.
