I think he'd be perfect also. The character needs some pathos and he could do that very well.
I'm also starting to become attached to the idea of Christian Bale being Doom, but without the Batman voice Doom needs a good voice actor which is why I always liked Alan Rickman or Jeremy Irons for the voice. Rickman would have been the better of the two with his quirky dramatic pauses.
After seeing some more fancasts here and elsewhere here are my picks:
Oscar Isaac as Reed Richards
Alice Eve as Susan Storm-Richards (I don't care if she's been cast in Iron Fist)
Dacre Montgomery as Johnny Storm

Be sure to check out the Invisible Woman appreciation thread!
And Seth Rogen as Ben Grimm
This one may be the most divisive of my picks but I think he could do well. The only aspect that I'm not sure about is whether he can do the heartfelt part of Ben.

I'd love for Doom to be an unknown actor of Eastern European and Romani descent, honestly.

You are my favorite thing, Peter. My very favorite thing.
I'd like at least for Doom to be portrayed as a Romani, or at least half Romani in the MCU.
I have to say there's been a lot of interesting casting done in this thread
With the deal going through and only waiting for overseas approval I decided to resurrect this thread.
My choices have slightly expanded:
Reed - Oscar Isaac, John Kransinkski, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Rahul Kohli (a member here had him as their choice and I think he's a great choice)
Sue - Alice Eve, Evan Rachel Wood, Lily James (someone convinced me of this actress on another site)
My choices for Ben and Johnny are still the same (Seth Rogen and Dacre Montgomery). They seem to be the hardest to cast, some actors would be perfect for Johnny but are too old. Johnny's actor should be around Tom Holland's age or at least pass for that age.

John Krasinski / Reed Richards
Emily Blunt / Susan Storm
Seth Rogan / Ben Grimm
Dacre Montgomery / Johnny Storm
Nicholas Cage. For everyone. Cast him in literally every role in the movie, including the extras.
I want to see John Hawkes as Annihilus
