Is there something in Dragon Ball, a rank or status, that is similar to a Kami [A guardian with god-like powers] but of lesser power?

Oh, I'd also like to change my costume, too. Essentially, it's the pants and pant cuffs, shoes, and physique of Yamcha's suit in Super

Plus the top half of Yun from Street Fighter (the tunic and bracers)

But with short sleeves that are rolled up to the mid-bicep, rather than the exposed sides and shoulders.

All the dark or black parts of this suit (including the shoes) would be blue-gray like suits the Ghostbusters wore in GB2. The bracers would remain yellow.

The hair would be black, shoulder length, and sunswept, almost dashing in the wind.

Slapping the paper onto the urn, she quickly writes an enchantment into it with her finger. For a moment Asha can see what is written on it and looks on with disbelief.

"Yep, a 2 mile restraining order!"

With a kick of magic, the old mage screams in rage as hes launched in the opposite direction of the urn, through the cave wall and through a 1.9 miles worth of solid rock.
