Should be noted that Totoma's activated Kizuna for everyone that's, er, qualified, so most of the group's operating at 25% above their normal levels. Dunno if, say, Sarada would've accepted it this time, since the situation's chaotic, but not... quite as dire as the last time he Kizuna'd up.

Basically, it's just a straight 25% boost to one's base powerlevel, while active. So Meagan would be operating at 11,875 w/o Kaioken.

Nah, she wouldn't have accepted. If she meets up with a Nagadarr that is stronger than she is at her peak, then she'll accept it. If it's still on the table at that point.
