Should be noted that Totoma's activated Kizuna for everyone that's, er, qualified, so most of the group's operating at 25% above their normal levels. Dunno if, say, Sarada would've accepted it this time, since the situation's chaotic, but not... quite as dire as the last time he Kizuna'd up.

Charco, last time Kizuna was activated, refused it out of pride, so he may have done so again. P-Sta (and Neva, for that matter) are too new/unfamiliar to have it 'connect', though Zaofan would definitely get the boost.

Safe to assume they all speak common, and telepathy would otherwise circumvent the need for spoken/written language otherwise. Especially since they're functionally immortal as a general rule, so history is just "go ask ______".

So I'd say not in U15, unless Cleric decides otherwise.
