Oh, and Sarada, there is a second floor that is currently not in use. The elevators and escalators aren't working so using it wasn't considered a priority until they got everything working again. But I'm sure Sarada and Isthar can find a way up there.

Now that I think about it, if Charco had the Saiyan zenkai boost, he would probably be pretty OP at this point.

Granted, Ishtar would be a GoD long before this point.
