Erosa is still pissed about that time Held got her name wrong, and walked off before she could eat/rape him, and developed a new skill just to murder him and his pesky "I can sense what you are doing and where you are doing it from and why you are doing it, stop hiding in my garbage." skills.

How does the ability work against people with higher PL?

Not sure, in general PL seems to determine Strength, toughness and general ki capacity....so I'm not sure if a higher PL would equate to more defense against it. But then again PL is weird like that so its kinda up in the air.

You seem to imply that Held and Ocha won't be able to see beyond this meager reality, through the veil of power, into the true essence of reality by the end of this game.

They will have sight beyond sight (Assuming the PL isn't enough to throw them off or too dense to fully read properly)

Once again, my tendency to monologue has undone me.

I am glad I never told you it was established that the Nevadians mostly keep the Saiyans at bay with better tech, and better technique, as opposed to being equals in power. I mean, Cleric was fine with it, and I thought it would be a good way to differentiate them further.

.....Held probably had a ship or a mech suit or some sort of weird "Break incase of Saiyan" suit during his travels.
