    Lol, no.

Also, I missed quite a bit today. Charco's going to confused as shit once he's back and running.

    It's disappointing, Ishtar knows.

Not as bad as it would've been, prior to being healed by Karine/Slak, but yea. Not that it matters, Ishtar's far too upset to care.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

If Totoma's technique slots weren't full, I'd totally have him tap into his berserker technique.

Which wouldn't be based off of Aeshma, but would work similarly cuz I like the 'progression' mechanics.

    Progression mechanics are fun.

Also, thanks to Kizuna, Ishtar triggered her "Sekhmet" freak-out far sooner than she would have otherwise. *ANGRY ONI NOISES*

Same. There are so many questions! Alas, the war on Earth is but the start of deeper and more hellish things, it seems.

Couple of questions for you though:

    1) Did Held stuff Kenshiko's defeated Tiger self in the Capsule transport? If the ship is nearby, she probably saw Chris do what he did.

    2) As Ochazuke was robbed of the opportunity to fulfill his half of the UniCrane Compact, how would Held feel about a Dual-Tech as recompense?

Oh right, I'm still missing a technique.

    ....

Hmm. Maybe bullshitting one in isn't a good idea.

    It's not too terrible.

Just, as you've noted, a second Aeshma Xeshm in as many hours. One that's far more ... volatile than the previous, "The fires of Aeshma Xeshm would burn regardless, and with it the world ... and with it, Ishtar."

If the fight ends, she's not coming out of it basically.

She's going to have to burn herself out.

IIRC, The transport went back to the lookout of its own accord, via Jinzi. So, most likely Kenshiko is with Eva.

And Held would accept such a deal in good faith, since it was not for lack of trying that was unsuccessful.

    Hey.

Held has the bracer on right ? The one with a "considerable amount of Ki" stored in it ?

So to review since I've been in and put and have missed a bunch of shit...

Battersea had an enchanted firearm full of dark magic. Chris wanted it.

Chris was basically lurking around, waiting for his chance.

Willa was lurking around, remotely controlling the robot.

Slak lands the killing blow on Battersea who drops the gun.

Chris claims the gun and kills Willa because he was using her the entire time.

That about cover the major events regarding the villains?

Damn it, Cthulhu, I'm the one that tortures and kills his characters!

    ...

I'm kinda bored, because there's literally no post I could write that isn't "TOTOMA'S WORLD IS UNENDING, WORSENING PAIN AND IT'S BREAKING HIS MIND".

    Like Jack managed ?

    Worth a shot.

... Assuming Chris doesn't shank her the fuck up beforehand.

Pretty much, yeah. A twisted web of deceit and betrayal is what we've stumbled into.
