Nevanlinna's pretty observant, but I'd personally say Held or Ochazuke would be the most observant taking into account Shingan and Battle Meditation.

Seconding Held/Ochazuke for general sensory so long as it's active (I think Held's Shingan always is).

Nominating Ishtar for magic/sensing via telepathy.

Ki sensing is a toss-up.

Charco's physical senses are pretty sharp, although that point is kinda moot right now with his headphones on.

As an aside, does anyone have any issues with Ishtar's 12th ability ?

None. Though, that second spell can have some... interesting uses outside of battle

Sarada may even get to enjoy it, assuming this doesn't end in a tire fire here after Old Jack responds.

She'll unlock more abilities as time goes on (when I figure out how to word them properly in Avesta).

Wait Sub, is it safe to say Ishtar's capable enough in the Crimson Fist for it to be considered a technique ?

Cuz The Crimson Spirit of Bounteous Destruction sounds awesome.

Also also, updated Ishtar's profile with better links/separation between abilities/spells. Much easier to navigate and understand now.

It's her style, actually. Changed the name of it because it sounds better than the "twelve sparks" and given that there's actually about 15 total (plus the 30+ lesser Daeva) ... y'know.
