Seriously I really don't have a transformation for Meagan. Just wouldn't make sense for her to have one. Not unless some outside force gave it to her, which is unlikely. Meagan is pretty much a Krillen type. Still, who knows? Surprises can happen.

Maybe have the feature possess an actual power-up aspect to it once it stops spazzing out?
