This is out next week and I'm very much looking forward to it!
Here's a preview, if you're interested. I tend to skip previews, but I looked at this one and it's preeeeeeeeetty great.

That link isn't working. Here's one:

And you're right, it looks amazing!
“Now faith, hope, and love remain, and the greatest of these is love.”--1 Corinthians 13:13
“You had a dream; I have a plan”--Cyclops
“There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes.”--The Doctor
Totally looking forward to this one.

I loved this!!!!
Beautifully drawn. But, mostly, this really emphasized how much I miss Mike's writing on the other books. This felt right in a way some of the other books haven't.
I thought this issue was brilliant! Loved the story, the art, everything. More like this please!

What an incredible book! Mike's writing was so on point, and combined with Adam's breathtaking art, Hellboy felt more grounded in the real world than at any other time I can remember.
That last snapshot in the back almost made me tear up. Damn, I'm so impressed. Don't think I was expecting something this good.
I did a thing I don't normally do; I've read this about 4 times already.
Multiversity should be ashamed this wasn't their best single issue of the year. That fucking Elmer Fudd/Batman comic? Over this? Sheesh.
This was some old school Hellboy fun: Hellboy shows up, gets into trouble and then smacks a monster around. It's simplistic, but its fun.
Page 21, panel 1...the carpet from The Shining. Added creepiness and totally 70s.
Probably the greatest single Mignolaverse issue for quite some time. I am enjoying the other stuff, but they often don't hit the high notes this one did (and noted that is because sometimes they are purposely 'quiet' stories).
But this is the Mignola and guest artist combo at its best.
Loved it!
Edit: Matt, what happened to your post count?!
New thought: I think I'll write another letter because of this one
