The forums aren't a part of the main site's focus anymore, so what we have is pretty much it.

Definitely not forums though, they're something of a fossil.

Nah millennials mostly go on music or sports forums. Comic books and comic book culture are kind of lost on them. And that's me speaking as a millennial

Social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, and Reddit have replaced dedicated forums for fans who want to interact/discuss topics. That's why you see a lot of place like the main CBR site using Facebook for comments.

Reddit is the probably the closes in terms of forums. Plus you can have niche sub-reddits for every obscure title or character.

I love comics, and I love CBR. However, Reddit is just easier to use and it can be hard to engage with people here.

This. I love coming to this board again after some time but Reddit is just more comfortable to use and keep up with the various discussions.

I'm surprised by the Reddit love. I use that as well (not for comics) and find it quite a pain to use in comparison to CBR.
