in college I was mostly into classical music and jazz. one of my buddies in college worked with EMI as a talent scout and took me to see these guys performing live. he was convinced that Guru would be huge. he knew I didn't like rap, LOL. but he insisted, "you've got to hear these guys. they're doing something really cool and unique."
