While it's not really "Flinch", Tang vs. Colt near the close of Way Of The Dragon. That Colt has not intention of not finishing the fight even when it is obvious where things are going makes me uncomfortable every single time.

This may actually be my favorite fight scene in a movie. Yeah, may not be the most brutal but a great scene.

Wolverine against Lady Deathstrike - X2
Wolverine against Spike - The Last Stand
    All fights on "The Wolverine".
    All fights on DOFP.
    All fights on "Logan".
The Weapon X scene on "Apocalypse".

Hugh Jackman's Wolverine was just the EXCELLENT fighter of the most amazing, compelling, brutal and marvellous face-to-face action scenes in superhero movie history.

X1, X2, Last Stand, Origins, The Wolverine, DOFP, Apocalypse, Logan... they all featured the most feral and bad ass character ever depicted on screen: (Hugh Jackman's) Wolverine. He was 100% strong, agile, brutal, fiercy and "animalistic" in an impressive way. On the other hand, he was pitted against bad ass opponents who raised the stakes and gave him a hard time. That's great and brilliant action filmmaking.
He was credible, plausible, relatable... unlike the comic book Wolverine in many NON-Claremont issues from the mid-nineties until today.

The fight between the Operator and the two assassins in "The Night Comes for Us".

Final fight in the movie was pretty brutal too.

First person I've heard praise Wolverines fight scenes. Most people go the opposite way. Logan was better because his claws did what they should do. Nothing but respect to Jackman though

    Here's one:

That may be the most brutal fight on television ever.

There was a movie where barroom bawlers came at each other with a broken candle and a broken milk carton. Not very brutal, actually...

I think the "removing the kneecap" Scene from Bloodsport will Always be one of the most remembered brutal fight Scenes of me just because it was the first time seeing something like that on TV

From Warrior Season 1. Done by the same creators of Banshee which has been talked about a lot on this thread.

Not only pretty brutal, but stellar fight choreography.

Also, we can't talk about brutal fight scenes without diving into Indonesian action cinema:
