The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-MEN with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love. It only makes sense for Marvel to be supervised by one entity. There shouldn't be two Marvels.

Bleh. Burying Dark Phoenix means they're going to try to rebuild the franchise with the SAME OLD "love triangle" Phoenix Saga storyline.
Just let go of the Phoenix. There are better stories out there that don't lift and fridge Jean.
I dont even see why people think MCU is gonna offer up even more balanced focus on characters. With all the other properties and characters MCU has to spread their resources on, it's more likely to get an even bigger focus on a couple characters. MCU already shows those tendencies with Iron Man and Cap. O reason why Wolverine will be any different.
Is this not an MCU discussion thread?
The Fox haters have been picking fight and hijacking conversations for YEARS in our discussion threads. You dont get to claim a victim complex now that you get to face a dissenting opinion.
Its a discussion thread. I get to discuss where I think the MCU will be bad for X-Men.

As you say through your Evo nostalgia glasses...
TAS gave us the best Phoenix and Dark Phoenix adaptations yet, gave us a well balanced cast, and didn't dumb down the whole concept like Evo did. It also ran longer, had a larger cultural impact, and spawned a larger influx of comic book readers. It deserves its accolades as one of the finest cartoon series in general, let alone as an X-Men cartoon.
Let the flames destroy all but that which is pure and true!
