Not all have read every x comics. The references are actually helpful, even if the post wasnt directed to other posters, like me.

It's a shame we have to wait for two whole weeks for the second issue! After that, their releasing consecutively the issues. I don't understand why their taking a week off.

Luckily, during that "week off." I'll be reading OG Logan's return after months of nothing!

Exactly. Even the 'Next Issue' page says #2 is due next week. It was always a weekly miniseries. I could get used to comics on this schedule.

So, I didn't read the whole thread but these were my takes on the issue:

1- This read like it happened during Jeen's trip to Scott's New (Old?) Xavier School with Ghost Jean, Emma and the others. I'm guessing the Phoenix shining over the sky that Jean without memories saw is when the Phoenix came to Jeen and the others as well.

2- Like everybody pointed out, Ghost Jean and new Jean will probably fuse at some point, it's like almost obvious that Ghost Jean are all the experiences and memories that new Jean is missing.

3- I'm guessing that the Phoenix coming back to earth made New Jean's powers a lot stronger, making her unconsciously create more physic "constructs" or whatever around the world, while the others like Scott were the ones she created without the Phoenix.

That one's supposed to come out Jan. 31, same day as Phoenix #5.
