    They were all winners this week. When I was browsing for covers online it becomes a learning experience when the theme is based on covers done by an artist. It was great to see the body of work of someone with such a long career like Mike Mignola

    Congratulations to PaulBullion for a cover which brought a modern icon into a historic period and made it look like he belonged there.

    And now, what have I learned this week? The captain has developed a greater appreciation for the work of Mike Mignola. His distinctive style makes his work easy to identify and yet, somehow he makes it fit on every cover I've seen here. He's alkso realiZed that Mignola's had a lot of work in the mainstream big 2 superhero world in addition to his incredible reputation on his own characters. Some weeks, the lessons are dry. What can I say?
