Hey guys, gals & everyone in between, it's the last poll of the year! If you're one of the die hards who ventured into a comic shop between the holidays and the new year, let's chat about them here.
Last week the poll was won convincingly by the penultimate issue of Invincible. That's the eighth time Invincible has won our poll this year. I won't yet reveal if that's the most (tune back in next week for the end-of-year pie chart!) but it sure is impressive for a comic in its last year.
This week there's not a lot of comics coming out, but amongst them is Glitterbomb: The Fame Game's last issue, an old character's return in Hack/Slash: Resurrection, the beginning of a new storyline in Outcast, and the Christmas issue of Savage Dragon which features stalking U.S. Nazi's in the great white north.
New however is Bryan Hill's (of Postal) comic produced with Rhoald Marcellius (Contest of Champions over at Marvel), an action story set in the near future called Bonehead. Set in a sprawling megacity (think Judge Dredd), this focuses on gang of neuro-enhanced riot gangs wearing masks and moving around through the magic of parkour. These boneheads are about to plunge the city into all-out gang warfare, but then suddenly a masked bonehead looks to stop them...
