Book itself not rare, Stan Lee's signature probably not particularly rare, Stan Lee had nothing to do with this book, the signature is on the dustjacket for some reason instead of the title page where signatures should be...I'd say good luck getting $50?

Well nvm... I sold it for 180 euros. Bought for 30 euros... I think its ok...
