update:

Invincible HC v10-11 (24) - Reminds of a Saga in it's always a fast pace, entertaining read. Some big events in these 2 collections, winding up for the finale soon!

IDW TMNT HC v6 (15) - Story finally reaches the big Shredder/Splinter confrontation with issue 50. Series has been solid, but curious to see where it goes from here.

Young Justice TP v1 (14) - Was hoping for more from this, but it was fine enough. A big chunk of this was specials, only 7 issues of the main series, so hopefully book 2 picks up some steam. One of the issues gave background for each teammate. Found out Spoiler/Stephanie Brown had a baby! Who knew!? This was never brought up in her solo series, but i take it was a big thread in Robin's solo back in the day

I would say I'm a fan of his but this book is probably one of his best works mainly due to their collaboration with Zdarsky. I think they bounce off of each other really well. And Zdarsky is funny as hell on his own right too.

I do want to read some Zdarsky books, might give Howard the Duck a go if it appears on a Comixology sale.

Is it that you don't want to break the seal on the Omnibus editions? I had that issue a while back, I read a whole bunch of trades that I didn't fancy because my OCD wouldn't let me break the seal on my HCs!

I actually haven't read any of his books I just based my opinion on interviews, social media comments and his back and forth with Applebee's a few year ago

Lol. Probably ocd of a different sort. It's hard to commit to larger collections. So they get skipped over more frequently in lieu of the smaller ones. Commitment issues, ha! Guess that's why I'm single

I haven't gotten much read this year. My free time has been limited and I haven't felt like reading much. In years past i would be around 500 at this time.

The Spirit Archives were better than expected. I've read some GA stuff from Marvel, the writing here was better. There was an evil circus performers story ( i hate the marvel circus of crime) and i thought it was one of the best i had read. The Ebony White character makes these old stories very difficult to read though. Every time he shows up it pulls me out of the story.

Savage Wolverine is pure simple fun. Wolverine and a voluptuous Shanna kicking ass in the savage land. What more could you ask for.

I had Infinity Watch but i did a edit,the comics i read was the Infinity War limited series and the four stories of Warlock and the Infinity Watch.
Medina illustrated two issues of the Warlock series and Tom Raney the other two.

update:

Nailbiter HC v1-2 (20) - Pretty entertaining read overall. I keep hearing the ending sucks, but I'm definitely in for one more collection, as it's been good thus far.

Supergirl (vol. 5) TP v3 (12) - Man, there's been some weird stuff going on in this series, along with tie-ins making it difficult to find a rhythm. By the end of this collection, the story seems to have all the past stuff sorted out, but it's a little surprising the series lasted as long as it did with it's unevenness up to this point. Maybe that speaks to the popularity of Kara as Supergirl more than anything.

Nightwing (Rebirth) HC v2 (13) - 28 issues in and the series continues to be middling. Apperances by Damian and Huntress propped the arcs up somewhat.
