Talia's all-female ninja bodyguards from Arkham City can be their own quirky miniboss squad.

Catwoman. There can never be too much Catwoman.
I'm aware of both characters, though it's been so long so my memory might be faulty... but those two are different enough while having the same lazy naming that I never once thought it's plagiarism.
Scorpiana can't grow into a massive scorpion monster and Scorpina doesn't use blue scorpions as pet.
And from another Hostess® ad,
Wonder if Margaret Pye knows about them?
I actually really want to see more fo Magpie... though I’m struck by the idea of making her Catwoman’s crazy rival who freaks Selina out by pointing out their similarities in a very discomforting way.
Like action, adventure, rogues, and outlaws? Like anti-heroes, femme fatales, mysteries and thrillers?
I wrote a book with them. Outlaw’s Shadow: A Sherwood Noir. Robin Hood’s evil counterpart, Guy of Gisbourne, is the main character. Feel free to give it a look: https://read.amazon.com/kp/embed?asi...E2PKBNJFH76GQP
You should. Right now you can pick up her entire series, Gotham AD, and her Milk Wars special with Batman on Comixology or through the DC app for about $26. The sale ends Monday. I doubt you would regret reading it beyond the realization that the series with its rich and gritty expansion of Gotham is over and there won't be any new works, including fan fiction. It's good though, and Gotham AD is my favorite dark future. Scruffy, struggling with PTSD and survivor's guilt, thirty something Jason Todd is not the Jason Todd we normally get, but it's the one we deserve.
Plus Fennic Fox is the best Robin, and I say this as a die hard Dick and Damian fan.
Reformed Rat Catcher hanging out and actively avoiding crime while discussing how the army of Robins is creepy and disturbing is a gift that never stops giving...as are the utterly disturbing villains and the way the series explores how corrupt Gotham is on all levels from the viewpoint of victims.

Disagreed on Scorpiana. Costume looks bad in at least 3 different ways
