So I recently purchased both trades of 2012 Age of Apocalypse trade and I'm really enjoying the title so far. When the title wraps up where does it go? What comes after the series and where do the characters end up so I can continue reading about them.

There is a crossover between age of apocalypse, x-treme X-Men and astonishing X-Men called X-termination. Sadly, most of those AoA characters haven't made an appearance since then, as far as I am aware.
