That lineup is like they're asking for it to flop. Weird that it's an ongoing, when R&G and Legion were announced as minis. And I was surprised that there was no rumors or like, other sites announcing it, I just found it while browing Marvel's site to see if the "Rogue and Gambit 69% off sale" was real(it is) lol.

Wolvie is from X-Babies. It was a short live alternate reality comic based of an actual 616 story.

I'll be buying this because I love AoA Blink and I loved the original series and the short lived relaunch with Parker. The Claremont run was rubbish so it doesn't count. I do hope we get to see Morph, Nocturne and Heather Hudson again though.

Outside of Blink, so far the only X-character is Kid Wolverine.

Looks like the creative team are fans of Skottie Young.

Why does Marvel only allow women in a leadership position if they have short, "functional" hair? It's extremely sexist.

The short hair is fine. It's just the artists Marvel hires have no sense of fashion and give them generic male hero haircuts.

I think this story on Bleeding Cool awhile back was the only hint that something may have been planned for them.

Between this with Blink and another Blink on Cable, I can now publicly say something that's been obvious to me for months: Blink is the only character on Gifted that Marvel respects, and the only one they're willing to really use and promote.

I picked up on it pretty quickly. You've got Polaris on Gifted becoming incredibly popular, you've even got the 50th anniversary of her creation this year to ride, and yet almost no presence for her at all?

Same goes for Thunderbird, Sage, many other characters who Marvel has either announced nothing for or only used in minor supporting roles in one or two comics. Nothing for them, but Blink is a mainstay on two books. Gives away where their interests and biases lie.

Not at all a fan of the concept of eXiles, and with that cast it doesn't look anything like an X-book. I've heard good things about Ahmed's writing, wish he was on a proper X-book.

Is the mystery character from the 616, because why else would they bother keeping it concealed? Is that a fancy shovel they're holding?
