For a moment, the weight of the Kami of the past rests upon her, and a deep feeling of serenity fills her soul. Arthur speaks one more time before his spirit leaves.
‘Old friend, when you remember who you are, I shall aid you as best I can. You always have a friend here, Asha’rah.’

Throwing himself backwards, he aimed a kick at the flat-side of the chakram-like halo, knocking it off course at the cost of scorching the toe of his shoe.
Kicking off the smoking shoe, it would soon be joined by its kin in order for him to keep an even footing.
"Man... I'm going to be wearing a burlap sack at this pace." Charco lamented.
Though impossible to be seen, Midori frowned in thought and began moving around the Kami, throwing exploratory punches in an attempt to find possible weaknesses in the protective barrier.
From her position at the back, Shiro sighed and released the invisibility off of Midori, knowing it wasn't helping. Once Midori was visible, she began firing quick blasts of energy from her fingertip in her own attempt to find a possible weakness.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

This made Totoma smile. "What loving husband and father wouldn't jump at the chance to be reunited with his family after being separated for years? Heh. Anyway, that's all. Have fun with the rest of your spars, and... thanks."
With that, he removed the book on pressure points from the shelf and took a seat at a nearby table to do some... studying.

Sarada had known in the back of her mind that the chakram would come into play eventually, but not so soon. She grunted and fell back on her butt. The back of her knee hurt like a bitch, but she ignored it and rose into the air.
It was encouraging despite that to see Kami blasted back by her sudden ki attack. After all, it was her first venture into something beyond just generic blasts she used against Ninlil.
She dashed foward and tried to grab the chakram before it returned to Kami.

Sarada had feared Ishtar had forgotten their promised fight with all that had happened to her during the last few days, so she was relieved to find out that that wasn't the case. Nodding, she skipped the pleasantries and immediately dashed toward her.
Sanguine Blitz!
Elbows and knees flew at Ishtar from seemingly all directions, all aimed at any unguarded area that she may have left open. She used afterimages and changed her center of gravity to make it harder for her to defend against the assault.
"Para," Sasheem nodded, punching his fist into his open palm. He reeled his head back and exhaled deeply, before suddenly standing still, with a slight slouch forward. It wasn't exactly what one would call a proper fighting stance, but it suited Sasheem well enough since his opponents often wouldn't quite know what to expect.
Quickly, not wanting Koorimaru to get the first move in, Sasheem then suddenly lashed out with his arm in an elongated punch at the gecko-man.

Koorimaru laughed. Not in the simpering, restrained manner he had displayed over the past few days, but in a shrilled high pitched guffaw that knew no shame. Perhaps there lay the difference between a laugh effected, and a laugh that was genuine.
“Ohohohohohohohoho, my dear Totoma, it is so rare to hear such a naked and honest assessment of the vocalisations spoken by those not of my people.” Koorimaru smiled as much to himself as to Totoma, “Yes, I do appreciate your courtesy in the matter. If every other Saiyan was only as enlightened as you, well perhaps a better world would not necessitate their... extinction.”
He paused after the last word, as if giving Totoma permission to imagine his part in the creation of such a world, “After our battles against Kami then. We will reconvene here when that time comes.”
"AH SHIT!!" When she grabbed the chakram, her hand felt like she had stuck it into a red hot oven instead. She had somehow either forgotten or neglected to realize that there was a flame around it when Kami used it as a weapon. Her hand was badly burned, stinging pain shooting through every finger and up her wrist.
She hissed in pain, but ignored it. She looked up and saw Kami charging her Kameha-something. "Shit."
She had nothing to combat that with, and didn't want to dodge it, as that could possibly open her up to another attack. Instead, she gestured randomly, pulling two of her fingers inward, as if beckoning Kami to come at her. That wasn't what the gesture was for.
Hunter/Prey
The blast that missed badly suddenly circled around the Lookout and struck Kami in the hands just as she was firing her Kamehameha.
Shiro frowned as she saw Kami charging her, most likely because she felt the paper-white android was the 'weak link' of their team. Gritting her teeth in determination, she charged at the world's Guardian, throwing a punch toward her chin as they met.
Midori meanwhile began moving back from the approaching halo, her pupils glowing momentarily before twin beams of laser energy fired from them toward the halo to destroy it, or at least knock it off it's flight path toward her.
