Another problem is that his time travel feat is essentially travel speed. It speaks nothing to his actual combat speed or reaction times. Only that in a straight line with no obstacles, dude can accelerate like crazy.

Justice League Cavill Supes however has awesome combat speed/reactions.

Is this a "take the best feats from each incarnation" composite? Or an "add every ones powers up and stack them" composite? Because a stacked version has dozens of more incarnations of Superman to toss into the pile even if he fails to match up at the highest showings.

This is just a composite, as in; they get all the feats from each incarnation. These aren't stacked composites unless it becomes a stomp.

Also, since LA Supes was flying around the globe at high speed, wouldn't that mean his reflexes would at least be a good fraction of his travel speed in order to turn and circle around the planet? Wouldn't he just go in a straight line otherwise?

Turning back time was accomplished by flying around the Earth quite a few times which I assume was to build up speed. Can one do that in the arena - do you need distance to accomplish this? Also, the side effects of FTL travel would be noticeable by the opponent. The turn back wasn't instantaneous.

Live Action Superman pushed the moon, so wouldnt that be around All Star Superman's strength level?

Also since when can Cartoon Supes not Time Travel on his own? Super friends Superman did it all the time.
