Ranking canon (e.g. movie) Force-users by potential

Using only facts/feats depicted in the nine released STAR WARS movies (includes ROGUE ONE), how would you rank the following Force-users in terms of their full potential?

Not every single Force-user will be included in this list, especially not the myriad Jedi who appeared in the Prequel Trilogy. Listed here (in no particular order) are the more prominent known Jedi/Sith/Dark Side-users seen in the movies:

Well considering Ahsoka was introduced in a film she can appear in this thread. It did get a theatrical run.

Only reason I rank Ahsoka so low is that by her one movie appearance she isn't that powerful compared to any of the other Jedi or Sith.

Anakin has to be #1 as his midi count is higher than Yoda and Palpatine himself says he would be more powerful than either him or Yoda. Then he gets all dismembery and put on a ventilator for life so thats a game changer. Anakin and (mech suit) Vader have to be listed separate.

Luke turned the most powerful Sith to the Light Side AND astral projected himself across the galaxy. Those 2 feats alone put him above Vader or Anakin.

Let me go with the films. I know nothing about anything else. Luke mentions that he saw this raw power(Rey's) before only once. In Kylo. Snoke confirms this. This kind of power was rising in the dark side. And to keep balance light side arose too. Both Kylo and Rey are almost equal in power if we go by Snoke's explanation. And by seeing the film it appears that Rey and thus Kylo were no match for Snoke. He was practically toying with Rey. And apparently the only way Kylo could kill Snoke was by resorting to deceptive methods.

Kylo mentions that this connection thing was potentially lethal. Snoke made that connection which he could do. But it was smaller in scope. Only the two of them could see each other. The feat that Luke performs, involves not just two people but the entire First Order and the Rebellion. It is like this connection but on a much larger scale. Something which did kill him. But it was lethal in the first place. And it dwarfs Snoke's feat by miles. So, till now the greatest feat performed in Force users history is by Luke Skywalker.

Going by potential:

1: Anakin- Had he not gotten all his limbs cut off and so badly burned he'd have surpassed every other character by a mile.
2: Luke- We don't know if he reached his full potential, but his feat in TLJ and his beating Vader with barely any training (even with Vader likely holding back) show he's hella strong, and as the only trained child of Anakin his potential is off the chart.
3: Yoda- Based on the Revenge of the Sith novelization, I don't think Yoda reached his full potential. He didn't try to expand his interpretation of the force or what a Jedi could be until the end of the Clone Wars, and it was that failure which caused him to be defeated by Sidious. Had he come to this realization earlier in life he'd have won that fight.
4: Palpatine- Here we come to the first force-user to each their full potential. Unquestionably the most power being in the galaxy for all 6 original movies.
5. Mace Windu- Not quite as powerful as Yoda, but his vaapad style and use of his inner darkness allowed him to match Sidious blow for blow.
6. Kylo Ren and Rey - seemingly equals. I doubt either has the same level of potential as Luke, but they're both already as powerful as an Old Republic master.
7: Snoke- Curently a level above Kylo and Rey, but I think both will surpass him
8: Ahsoka- Based on her fight with Vader. She can't beat him, but she did better than most masters would.
9: Dooku
8: Obi-Wan
9: Darth Maul
10: Qui-Gon

Lea is hard to place. In theory she could be equal to Luke, but with no training her potential may also have greatly diminished. Vader in suit is probably between Mace Windu and Palpatine.
