    Default 2018 shipping forecast

I did a test and determined that 2018 is the year for lovers. As a romantic my scientific method is at best wishy-washy so I can be absolutely certain my determination was correct.

Given said facts, which pairing - real or imagined - are you most looking forward to reading about this year?

    Legion and Blindfold
    !!!
    Rogue and Gambit
    Jubilee and Chamber
    Eyeboy and Antlers
    Bling and Mercury
    Iceman and ??

I'd be happy just to remarry Marvel comics with good writing. They never should have broken up.

Iceman if he ever gets a love interest.

    Rogue and Gambit!!!

Be interested in seeing Jean get a love interest who isn't Logan or Scott.

Marvel and Treating Things Poorly Out of Blind Nostalgia is a pretty terrible pairing.

I hate it. But i could see marvel making tyke/bloodstorm and jean/jimmy.
I hate both of these but if they are going to pair jean with someone that isn't scott or logan they could have tried something better than a bad copy of logan. It doesn't feel like his own thing. She deserves better
    Give her:
    -the classic with scott
-the real deal with original logan (but this is the teen so maybe not)
    Or
-something different. Jimmy feels like a very bad middle ground

Nah.... Gambit could do without another relationship with an overly dramatic god-level gal with way too much baggage.

lol, it was a messy breakup, but there is always hope that they can reconcile someday.

Nah... Marvel Comics is in a full on midlife crisis, dating nothing but cheap floozies with all flash and no substance. Good writing got totally lambasted and is saddled with all the responsibility of the kids estranged from Marvel, and dealing with their pained disappointment, while Good writing can't find work in modern economy, where there's no positions available for the over educated, just for for young interns who hope to be one day anywhere near as good at what Good Writing was. But they won't respect Good Writing, because they won't be cool unless they are ironic about Good Writing, cause taking anything too seriously nowadays is so over.
