These guys are basically cosmics.

They're an entire civilization of Cosmics, and its only recently that we're being shown the scope of an Ultra's powers.

They're basically indestructible; you can spam them until their Colour Timers trigger and they "die," but there's nothing stopping them from just coming back after a short rest(Ultraman Zero literally got killed in the newest Ultraman Geed series, but he was fine like what, a few minutes later?)

They are also multiversal entities, with different ways of moving between universes depending on their personalities; Zero cannonballs out of one universe and smashes into another, Ultra Father(Ken) just teleports, Noa seems to exist simultaneously in different places, etc.

But out of all 2017, the strongest live action I'd reckon would have to be this guy:



I mean shit, when your son's backstory is how you solo'd the entire Ultra Garrison, then destroyed the entire universe with the Mother of All Ultra Bombs, while committing suicide and surviving through all of it? Only to come back 19 years later to troll everybody again?

You're like the Avengers' worst nightmare painted black and red, carrying a big stick and given the power of Gattai.

AND.

Belial Atrocious might not even be your most powerful form; if you'd Gattai'd Hyper Zetton and EX Zetton instead of Dark Lugiel and Alien Empera? Or worse, Dark Zagi and Hyper Zetton?

Even though your enemies defeat you, they would still know that a)you still have a Sturm Organ and b) its unlikely that you won't be back.

The only one in 2017 who can reival Belial in un-killability is Bailey from A Dog's Purpose, who died 5 times. Belial died 4 times before, minus his suicide move with the Super-dimensional Eradication Bomb.
