A 1946–1948 expansion would be fun (though I think unlikely).

I'd love that. I'm trying to think of what other chunks of "canon" Hellboy stories fit sort of outside the main storyline but are still meaty enough to make a full expansion out of. Here's the best I've got:

--Crooked Man expansion with witch minions, Effie and Miser bosses, Tom Ferrell playable character
--Makoma expansion with...uh...some giants, I guess? I dunno. Not a fully-fleshed idea.
--Almost Colossus expansion with little green dudes minions, boss Evil Homunculus and/or Human Fat Giant
--Wolves of St. August expansion with minion wolf people, boss Grenier

Now, as to what I WANT the most...

--Hellboy in Asia expansion, not following any one specific storyline but including bits from all over, like the Heads and the Penanggalan, etc

Am I correct in thinking the "Darkness Calls" expansion will be available for purchase on its own later? I don't think I'll be able to pledge for the whole "Box Full of Evil" set, but I'd like to get the Koshchei mini.

I was really tempted to get it because it's Hellboy but then I remembered I hardly ever play board games.

All the miniatures have been great so far, and I'd love to have them, but I don't really know what I'd do with them.

And I don't play games like this. Hero Quest was dope back in the day, though!
