    Default Black Manta vs. Iron Man

    They fight deep underwater next to a giant coral reef.

    Preferably no hacking. I want to know who would take a conventional fight

    I'm not clear on Black Manta's current capabilities, thanks to multi-reboots by DC. One reason that I think Iron Man might win is that he can deliver sonic blasts, and sound waves are amplified underwater, making them more powerful.

    Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

    More seriously, I'd assume that current Tony has a better kit than Manta. I could very well be wrong post NuBirth/TRO, but my gut is telling me Tony wins more often than he loses.
