    Another of my candidates is The Original Steel!

    I loved his story, and thought an updated version would have made a natural fit for The Nu52 when DC was rebooting, especially if he'd been recast as a second generation Iraqi or Syrian. I guess he had the bad luck of coming along at roughly the same time as Wolverine and being too similar to both Logan and Captain America.

    Oh geez, I thought we were talking about DC characters for some reason. Yeah, definitely Songbird. I loved her in T-Bolts, but also thought she was great in Avengers Forever when she had a thing with Captain Marvel. That was great.

    I always felt that Blackheart had enormous potential as a villain. An end of the world-esque villain. Incredibly powerful and a vicious looking design. Perfection.
