Default A Year and a Half into Rebirth... Which Villains Benefited Most?

Rebirth started in June of 2016, approximately a year and a half ago from now. As Wonder Woman fans who want to see her villains flourish, we're already heaps ahead of where we were a year and a half into the New 52, which I believe only saw the appearance of Cheetah and possibly Giganta, and not even in the main Wonder Woman title!

So which villains have come out looking the best in Rebirth so far?

Will the depictions of these villains in Rebirth help end the "Wonder Woman's Villains Suck" rhetoric?

While Rucka gave Cheetah and Veronica Cale a lot of development in his run, Aegeus was elevated to a JLA-level threat, which, not many of Wonder Woman's rogues have been presented as with the exceptions of Cheetah, Queen of Fables, and Circe.

Dr cyber and Veronica were definitely the most improved of the group. I dont remember many good uses of Dr Cyber in Post Crisis and Veronica went from a decent villain to one of my favorite WW characters with Ruckas last run.

There's a new JLA book? When did that come out?

Also, I think Veronica Cale is the only good choice.

Cheetah, followed very closely by Dr. Cyber and Cale.

Saturna/Eviless and Crimson Centipede of all things were a delightful surprise though, and I want Seeley to be given the book now to see what other obscure WW villains he can unearth. He clearly has an interest and willingness to do it, and I think he'd be a much better fit for Giganta, the Silver Swan and especially Psycho than Robinson has been so far.
