Is Identity Crisis worth Buying?

Still, IC got Meltzer's foot in the door at DC, and I did enjoy his Justice League run for what it was (a scaled down JL with relatively small-scale stories)

I on the other hand found his JL run to be fairly mediocre, but I really like Identity Crisis.

I bought the issues when they came out. I was excited for the first two issues. Finished reading it, put it away, and have never had a desire to re-read it again.

Very disappointing. And I really like the writer.
