No I think more likely, he made a typo. Percy said there are two issues left. That would seem to be 37 and 38, since those are the next two up. Also, I doubt the team announced for April is the team. The way Percy builds up the next team, I think it is going to be a name. My bet is Bendis. The fill-in would be explained by Bendis's sickness that delayed his start at DC.

Well, I love Percy's run, but it sounds like he's getting to end it on his terms. And he is technically one of the longest serving writers on any title at this point. The current arc has been a culmination of everything on the title since Rebirth started, so it does make sense that it happens now.

I wonder what he will be on next. He says he is going to a darker zipcode. Maybe Gotham?

There is a few things of the trades with peaked my interest.

Batman Ghost by Sam Keith sounds interesting haven't read it though. I think the occult side of Gotham/Batman is one there is often overlooked. Could be explored a lot more than it is.

JLA Year One by Mark Waid have been hearing so many good things about this now it is maybe finally the time to pick it up. Maybe, I'm not the biggest Mark Waid fan out there.

Pretty intersted in the new Wild Storm series by Warren Ellis. However I will probably end up buying the Authority and Storwatch collections first.

Seven Soldiers by grant Morrison is a series I have wanted to pick up but never got around it. I will definitely be on the look out for it. However probably not a day one purchase.

Looking forward to Action 1000 but it will be absolutely horrible if Morrison isn’t involved. He’s arguably the best modern Superman writer.

I’m really hoping that Cyborg’s DCYou look is truly back and they aren’t just teasing a few tweaks to his body. I won’t be celebrating until I can see his arms.

This is huge news. This can't happen unless major rewrites occur which remove the consequences this title is supposed to have for the larger DCU (while not confirmed its a general belief that this was to be where the whole "missing 10 years" plotpoint of the overall Rebirth narrative would be resolved for good), because everything can't just wait around an extra year. Either they get back on track fast and back to a monthly schedule, or this story is boned.

They need to get another artist on this and fast or else this will be a ginormous cluster ****. There is so much continuity riding on this. The entire Rebirth story arc was supposed to hit the climax with Doomsday Clock. There are a lot of stories that will have to be rearranged or cancelled if this thing doesn’t end until 2019.
