    I know there had been talk that was going to happen several months ago, then Comcast swooped in with a better offer. As of this past Wednesday, I though Disney had then sweetened it's offer, but I wasn't sure if that had been officially signed off on and approved yet.

    (Wasn't there suppose to be an investor meeting next month to vote on any final offer?)

    Does that include Foxnews etc?

    I believe FoxNews is being separated.
