Frankensteining Rosenberg's New X-Book Roster?

A little bit before (and during) Phoenix Resurrection, Matthew Rosenberg has been hinting at finally writing an ongoing for the X-Men. Maybe X-Force? Maybe X-Factor? Maybe a New Mutants relaunch, who knows??? But he's been slowly, but steadily revealing on who will be on his roster:

I like Siryn, but that lineup sounds...not as great as his New Mutants lineup. Magik, Wolfsbane, Rictor, and Boom Boom better have homes after the mini ends.

Many fans will rejoice with this. Especially after the mess that was Siryn x Madrox.

Finally. But this means Domino and Warpath would have to break up (or just stop hooking up and Siryn would be purged of her Morrigan state. That's a nice arc right there. But also Rosenberg said the first thing he'd do in an ongoing if Marvel allowed it, is bring Jamie back.

There are some backup stories on Thunderbird that flesh him out in the Classic X-Men series. He's an interesting character, but it's best if he stays dead.

That’s false. He was King of Hell in Soule’s Thunderbolts. He came back to Earth at the end of that arc.

Sounds a lot like X-Factor to me, which I think was teased a long time ago. X-Force will be Cables gig I think, and the New Mutants will presumably reflect the more classic line-up.
