    While bloodlust isn't a requirement for each fight, each character's top feats are considered here as long as they aren't something so far outside what the character's highest feats are so as to call into question the validity of the feat. An example would be Spider-Man defeating Firelord. Complete bunk. Also, PIS is always off around here.

    I'm inclined to say Sonny wins this. It took those four bad ass monks at the end of the first season to defeat him.

    In summary, this would be a damn cool fight. I'd give the win to Sonny, but he's gonna know for sure that he was in a fight.

    Yeah, but sunny was getting rekt by those monks. IMO sunny will have a big problem against ozy's speed.

    I'm also inclined to side sunny in this fight but ozy's speed is a big problem.

    He wasn't getting rekt by the monk until they invoked their supernatural power. Even then, it took the combined assault of the four to beat him. By chance, do you recall any bullet timing feats for Ozymandias in the movie? We are talking movie version Ozymandias?

    Just the bullet-catch. but he never displayed anything close to that level of speed again. so it might fall under SMvsFL.

    Nope even before those monks invoked their supernatural powers sunny was getting beat (but you can argue that it was 1v4 situation), IIRC there were 2 scene that can be considered as "bullet timing", the first is the bullet catch feat and second is the hallway assassin scene. but IMO the second one is more on aim dodging.

    Lastly this is Movie Ozy.

    The bullet catch is consistent with Ozy overall speed, he steamrolled everybody in the movie w/o receiving a hit and even blocking attacks coming from behind.

    To me, this pretty much comes down to that -

    - Ozymandias has almost no trouble taking on more than one opponent when they are all baseline humans.

    Vs.

    - Sunny being able to take hits from and hold his own against more than one person who was way, way above anything like baseline.

    Nite-Owl and Rorschach are pretty far from 'baseline humans'.

    The Master pushes a broken wrist bone sticking out of the skin back in, and heals the whole thing good as brand new.

    Nite-Owl and Rorschach are straight up "Baseline" next to that.

    What matters starts at roughly 1:45. Any member of The Watchmen that is not named "Dr. Manhattan" is "Baseline" human compared to any Abbot -

    Magical healing doesn't automatically become 'better fighter', or 'faster', or 'hits harder'. And saying Nite-Owl and Rorschach are nothing more than baseline humans seriously downplays guys who do stuff like wade through groups of people, punching them into the air. Casually. And who eat hits that send them flying 10-15' through the air, cracking stone where they hit...and get up to fight more.

    What isn't important is how good the Abbot is, in this fight, or what he's capable of doing. What's important is how good Sunny is: his feats.

    So, I'm watching the fight. From the start (first 40 seconds), Sunny is losing. He's putting up a fight, but he's losing. He has a weapon, the Abbot has bare hands, and yep, Sunny is still losing. He's eating hits, he's getting forced back, the Abbot hits far harder than he does.

    Then everyone together does some kind of magical mojo.

    And suddenly Sunny is better than the Abbot?

    This magical thing is something he can do all of the time, at will? Because he's in a fight, here, and Ozymandius isn't exactly going to sit there for five seconds allowing him to do his thing.

    Not saying Ozzy wins this - I don't know enough about Sunny to say - but this video doesn't exactly tell me Sunny will.

    1. He's losing against the Abbot, so we can't say he's as good as the Abbot;
    2. He then does some magical thing with his young friends, which he won't be able to do fighting Ozzy unless this is something he, himself, can do at will, mid-fight, not in some meditative thing, so that's no help here either.
    3. The abbot beats hell out of his augmented young friend, disarms Sunny, then punches Sunny to the top of a roof;
    4. Then some other guy comes in, they attack the abbot two-on-one, Sunny STILL gets his rear kicked, the other guy paralyzes the abbot with some kind of pressure point strike, and Sunny sticks a sword into a paralyzed dude.

    So, what does this video show us about Sunny? That he's well-beneath this abbot.

    I don't see him holding his own here at all.

    Now, if there's ANOTHER video where he takes on this guy and holds his own, great. We can look at that and see the feats. ^_^
