As I was perusing covers, decided the monkees was too perfect.

I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

Sorry, I misunderstood the idea of the contest. I didn't notice that the year is supposed to end in an 8 until today. I've changed my entry:

Here's my new entry which fits the parameters for this week's contest. STILL embarrassed that I didn't fully read everything!

As for my entry, it's legs for days with Betty and Veronica in this old school Laugh cover!

It's still early and I already feel like I want to vote for them all.

Okay, time to vote. Hard call, but I'm going with Foxly.

I love seeing what covers people come up with when they have a wide spectrum to choose from, and folks did not disappoint this week. Great covers all around, but I have to give my vote to Ajax_X with the Dagar cover.
