Art looks fantastic as always. I'm slightly annoyed seeing Mr. Oz again, since I was no fan of that reveal. So looks like Clark is telling Lois and Jon to go with Oz? Probably to hide from Rogol?



I'm sure everyone at DC knows how important Doomsday Clock is, being a Watchmen sequel and crossover. I doubt anyone would be allowed to step on its toes too much.

You know I have half a mind to suspect that's might be where Lois's book or mini-series take place in before returning to Metropolis. I know and it's supposed to be what completes the transformation of the DC Universe to a semblance of what it was before.

Yeah, my guess this is probably a scene we didn't see before that Bendis added to the storyline probably warning the Kent's about Rogal Zaar.

With how big of a mystery they were placing Lois and Jon in the solicits, I'm doubtful Bendis would just reveal they were with a revived Mr. Oz this whole time on twitter.

Just not in the sense that people like to belittle him because he's a boy scout. Jurgens agrees and said he was not called a boy scout in the comics very often, it was something fans sorta started.

I see it always was more of an insult than anything really. It seems rare for anyone to think very highly of Superman.

Based on those panels, I'm guessing Clark sends Jon and Lois away with Jor-El. I highly doubt its a flashback from the Oz Effect. Jon looks upset and that would fall in line with him not wanting to leave his dad when he's in trouble.

I'm not upset that he's showing up again. The whole Oz thing was executed badly but at the same time received no closure. I'm not the biggest fans of things just being completely dropped and forgotten even if I'm not its biggest fan. There's precedence for him to show up again.
