Honestly thought that was Clark and they were re-establishing his Legion connection for a second. Now I'm disappointed .

That would have been the right way to do it, but alas. Its ironic that we've mentioned ever since Reborn that the one good thing about reinstating the relatively poor Secret Origin was that it was really vague in its quasi-retelling, lacking so much detail that certain things could be changed, maybe be made better. And the first thing that gets changed ends up being one of the only good things about that story.

It fits more for a Hex than a deputy fire chief. Hoping it's Jinny to continue her family's long line of getting into a fine mess that ain't got no business botherin' no one.

On 1 hand the scar is gone!! On the other hand I still have no comprehension of the legion I even asked my hardcore comic geek friends and they were like who, irrelevant, and boring so I'm not really expecting more then 12 issues out of this.

Would be odd to use Jinny in the 32nd century when you can just use another Hex descendent. Who would also be a gunslinger cuz Jonah’s badass genes are so hardcore dominant that even his greatx300 grandchild will take after him.

Yeah, my feeling is Bendis has been making certain changes to the Jon stuff as he goes along. Why? I don’t know. But between this and the disappearance of the alien slang, there’s some noticeable shifting going on.
