Unless I'm missing something, the Warriors Three should win all three fights. Maybe there's a version of the Oz companions that puts them on their level, I don't know. All I know is the original movie.

Cowardly Lion is dead. His companions can be repaired afterwards.

    This isn't a fight.

    Eh.

Volstagg likely attempts to eat one or all of them afterwards.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

He also used to read when he got upset. It was great.

Tin Man has an Ax and a giant wrench!
Lion has a large DDT bug-spray-can and giant net!
    Scarecrow has a gun!

    And this is just Volstagg:

Either Fandral or Hogun could solo everybody in the Land of Oz in melee combat.

I think they might run into some weird magic thing that might stop them but I can't remember what.

Magic slippers, flying monkeys. ....could be devastating!?
Hela vs Good-which might be a fracas?

Ok, lets say the Warriors scrape by a win.
Up next the Three accidentally take the Rainbow Serape to the land of Disney!

    Fandral vs Jose
    Volstagg vs Panchito
    Hogun vs Donald!

Who is more dapper Fandral or José?
    More moody Hogun or Donald?
More prone to debauchery Volstagg or Panchito?

Could they be harder to eliminate, and Asgard find themselves with Three new Warriors?

If I remember right, further on in the Wizard of Oz book series, transmutation becomes quite a feat for several sorcerers/villains. I remember one book when the entire party was transmuted into living room furniture until one character saved them (by picking the green colored items when they played the game). Their own magical powers didn't save them at all from being transformed.

The three OZ Companions still get curb-stomped badly, but the Warriors three against the Land of Oz is a tougher fight. I don't fancy going through all 15 books in the original series to double-check though.

The Disney characters has little combat feats. Asgard stomps again. The only interesting thing in this would be figuring out Donald Ducks combat feats. (I think that they are worse than Scrooge. Does Huey, Dewey and Louie have better feats?)

Your looking at one above^, Panchito seems pretty indestructible (so long as he holds that hi-note).
Also has a flying serape, and can open teleportation portals with his lasso - https://i.imgflip.com/7yp5u0.gif
Jose can shrink and multiply himself into multiple versions of himself at will - https://i.imgflip.com/7yp75y.gif - https://i.imgflip.com/7yp7d2.gif
Donald can reach some red Hulk level rage...

    Which fuels strength

    And lightning speed - https://i.imgflip.com/7yp7ij.gif

    Does that help them?
Don't know if that answers who is more dapper, moody, or prone to debauchery though?

    On to Middle Earth....
Warriors Three vs The Fellowship Trio, aka the Three Companions, aka the
    "Three Hunters"
Fandral, Hogun, and Volstagg vs Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli

The Asgardians trivially murder-stomp the Fellowship. You could chuck in Gandalf and all the rest and any ONE of them could still do it. They just operate on a MUCH higher plane.
