This is what I keep telling everyone -- these are the only ongoings that DC can sell. And several of them are always on the bubble.

This is why there won't be a Beast Boy ongoing, and why there won't an ongoing with ONLY the Charlton characters.

While they haven't been published yet, Nightwing #50 is currently due out on October 3rd, and since Green Arrow #47 is solicited for December, he has a good shot of making it up to #50.
(Aquaman #43 has been solicited for December 2018 as well, with Kelly Sue Deconnick starting as the new writer, so he may make it to #50 +/-mid-2019.)

"Made it so far", though Green Lanterns (without Hal or John?), Green Arrow, and maybe even Harley Quinn at this late stage of the game might be surprises to some.

And FWIW, at the current pace Aquaman looks likely to reach #50 in July?
(Issue #46 is due out March 20th.)

Would Deathstroke (currently on issue 40) be the last one? Or will that even make it? I think the only other Rebirth books remaining that haven't already passed issue 50 (such as Teen Titans and Supergirl, both up to issue 27) are nowhere near 50.

Now, how many other "Rebirth Era" titles (if any?) have an honest shot at issue #50, especially since DC stopped using the "Rebirth" labeling back around the beginning of 2018?

I think Deathstroke has a decent chance. Should be in the 40s by now.

Teen Titans also might make it. Although it has a bit more to go.
