It's the Dynamic Duo! Batman and Robin!... and Red Robin and Red Hood and Nightwing and Batwoman and Batgirl and Orphan and Spoiler and Bluebird and Lark and Gotham Girl and Talon and Batwing and Huntress and Azreal and Flamebird and Batcow?
Since when could just anybody do what we trained to do? It makes it all dumb instead of special. Like it doesn't matter anymore.

The Batmobile design from the 1950s I tend to think of was this one (which was pre-Kathy):
Of course, I wasn't around when that first was published; it was reprinted in comic book I got back in 1973, though.
But don't forget the Batmobile that was on the first cover that featured Kathy as Batwoman:
Weirder things have happened in a number of families including my own.
I remember gasping with joy at this panel. I think it was something Kingdom, an offshoot of Kingdom Come, related IIRC.

Her costume didn't always get colored (or shadowed) this way, but I've always preferred the yellow and black bodysuit combo, as opposed to straight up yellow.

I saw these panels at one point myself, without having benefit of reading it. I am not sure if it was Morrison who wrote it, but I loved it too.
It proved the original Batwoman existed in Earth 1 continuity (somewhat overlooked or retconned, I think)
and that Batman loved her. Morrison 's writ indicated that Kathy was the love of his life. I love that too. Of course it has nothing to do with the current situation.
But there is a moody elegance to the scene.
Since Kathy Kane was introduced in 1956 and then continued to appear in Batman stories through the early 1960s, that sort of puts her outside of the "Golden Age" / Earth-2 period.
However, in Brave and the Bold #182 (January 1982), an Earth-2 version of Kathy as Batwoman was clearly established.
B&B #182 one of my All-Time Favorite BATMAN stories.

Batwoman also has a brief appearance in B&B #197.
