That depends on how many heroes are participating in the story, it'll be at least once per hero for sure

If Slott goes full predictable we'll have Norman doing bullshit plans, Otto saving the day and everyone saying how awesome he is, everyone looking awesome (But not as awesome as Otto) except Spidey, some character he created being killed and MJ being a bitch :P
