I think Miles' last appearance was volume 4 #15, the end of Power Play.

It may not be a full reversal of OMD, but maybe Peter final learns the truth that he and Mary Jane were married and that Mephisto messed with his reality.

Yeah at the least this is what i would want to happen. Large chunks of history and development being discarded is not the "marvel way"
