In the H2H fight, either Rey is allowed the force and wins trivially, or she is not and Khan wins trivially.
In the gear fight, I can't recall Rey ever blocking blaster fire. If we handwave her that (since all other jedi, even younglings, seem to have that skill) she should again win trivially. If not, again Khan wins trivially.
