OTOH, we saw her tagged precisely twice in Logan: The first by Pierce with a spear gun when her back was turned and she was in the process of trying to gut Bonecrusher, (all that really did was piss her off, and Pierce would have been in for it had the other Reavers not taken advantage to pin her) and the second when she used herself as a human shield to cover Charles, so was deliberately exposing herself to fire. Otherwise even when she was out in the open (the woods at the end, for instance) she was quick enough the Reavers were struggling to draw a bead with her (including possible aim-dodging in the smelting plant fight).

Also, what was the building in Dredd like? We saw what she did to the Reavers who tried to chase her into Logan's hideout. If there's anything approaching that sort of cover she can just do the same to Dredd.
