I think Jean and Ororo should be joint leaders of the mutant cause. They both knew how to reach out to world leaders without threating them to stay out of mutant affairs, unlike Scott and Magneto.
( But I just really want them to be in the same book again )
I'm not actually convinced. Marvel is pushing Jean as even more powerful than she was before, or that's how it feels, while they're pushing Emma as this antagonist role. She might definitely seek help from teen Jean, X, and Psylocke though.
That said Emma and Jean need to meet again eventually.
"We come into this world alone and we leave the same way. The time we spent in between - time spent alive, sharing, learning together... is all that makes life worth living." - Jean Grey
yes, she's more powerful, but saddled with a very unfortunate achilles heel by the end of issue one. i suspect it's to force jean to learn some humility. she went from well-known global celebrity to terrorist and public enemy in less than 20 pages.
not exactly the glamorous comeback she was probably hoping for.
her and emma play incredibly well against each other. i can see taylor wanting to work with that himself.
I vote There Is No Mutant Nation
Rachel’s probably the most powerful telepathic X-Man now. I’d suggest Jean seek out her help with Nova but they have such a tirefire of a track record maybe not.
FantomeXavier might work but I don’t think I could handle the inevitable fucking between him and Jean that would occur. Maybe this is how Quentin Quire ends up being born and the current QQ was actually shunted back through time?
No one. Should be run by a council
