I vote "NO". After the mess he's made of the Transformers, I don't want him near any other characters that I like.
Especially if he'd cast Marky Mark as Lobo.
Yes! Great Idea!
No! He'll mess it up!
Not sure / will wait for more info

and that is my main problem. how many INTENIONAL Comedies has he made?
srsly bay needs to leanrn the following lesson: "less is more" especially when it comes to spectacle and explosions.
problematic, but not hopeless would be assumption. about the DCEU but otherwise I agree
A director specializing in shallow, vivid and loud adaptations adapting a character created as a parody of Xtreme! comicbook character trends. Kind of makes sense actually.
Can we get Sam Raimi instead? He handles great, action scenes, nasty gore, and can do it all with a slapstick three stooges style.

That's really surprising. Is he the best they could come up with?
I am hearing that WB want it to be DC's answer to Deadpool. That's so weird. Bay doesn't do funny films. The one good news i have heard is that Michael Bay wants to slash the budget from 200 million as WB wanted. If that's true then, WB wanted to spend 200 million on a Lobo film. That would be so insane.

I'd rather see a Lobo cartoon, on Adult Swim.

Zack Snyder seems to have been fired.

DC/WB can't be seriously considering letting the guy who turned the Transformers franchise into a laughing stock to tackle a DC movie. It's bad enough there's haters hating the DC movies, but this would seriously be suicide.
