I could absolutely see Lex collecting and then arranging magical artifacts onto a chain necklace as his own version of a (MUCH MUCH Less powerful) Infinity Gauntlet. He'd just wear it on his bomb-proof suit like a fashion statement.
Now, are there any already established but unclaimed magical artifacts in the DCU that Lex could go on a quest to acquire?
Or would we have to make up some new ones?
In which case, I propose a medallion of the Still Force that allows Lex to instantly drain any kinetic energy from anyone using superspeed near him, thus canceling Kal (or any other speedster)'s ability to surprise-blitz him.
